“RACQUETS FOR A REASON” - THE TOURETTE TEXAS 2025 GALA
Join us on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Houston Country Club, #1 Potomac Drive, Houston, TX 77057 for a festive Gala evening of reception, dinner, entertainment, auction, and awards. Proceeds from the evening will directly benefit the tens of thousands of children and families throughout Houston and Texas who are living each and every day with Tourette’s syndrome.
Our Chairman this year is Jonathan Stenvall. Jonathan is the executive producer and co-founder of the multi-media outlet “The Backstage Experience.” He was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at the age of 11 and has never let that hold him back. Read Jonathan’s bio here.
Jon helps us honor three extraordinary siblings.
With a passion for tennis and a penchant for helping their community, the Khera siblings embarked on a journey to raise funds and awareness, as well as to create a space for children with Tourette’s to share their fondness for the sport. They conceived “Tennis for Tourette’s,” the very first non-profit established by young adults anywhere in the U.S. – to support children with Tourette’s syndrome in Texas.
Dalia Khera is a sophomore at Wellesley College, where she is majoring in history while completing pre-medical requirements with the aspiration of pursuing a career in medicine. She is co-captain of the Wellesley Women’s Tennis team.
